Villa Malibu is a large, titled beachfront home in Playa Venao with amazing views and incredible rental potential. This beautiful property was finished in 2009 and it enjoys a special placement on a low hill towards the middle of the bay, offering sweeping views down the beach in both directions. The property also boasts 80 meters of sandy Playa Venao beachfront! Its detached studios are located on the beach and enable the owner to maintain distance and privacy between the main living area and the rentals.

The main home has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Additionally, a huge open kitchen leads to the large, airy living room and balcony where the beautiful views become the main attraction. The home also has a private study upstairs. On the ground level there are two additional bedrooms that open onto a covered hallway the ushers out into the yard and pool. There is also a detached maid’s quarters with its own kitchenette and small bath. The two beach studios both have full baths and are about as beachfront as it gets at Playa Venao. In total there are 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms in this sprawling beachfront property.

The property is connected to its own well and has direct access to the paved road. The grounds are walled and feature a pool and bocce ball court. The property is a little over half an acre with plenty of room for entertaining. That said, once you see the views from the shady balcony you may not spend much time in the rest of the house.
