When Tedd discovered Pedasi 20 years ago, he knew he had stumbled onto someplace special.
A seasoned real estate professional with a love for travel, fishing, and golf, Tedd could sense the same burgeoning opportunity and widespread appeal he experienced in his former homes of Japan and Hawai’i. He set up shop in Pedasi in 2009 and to date has personally handled hundreds of successful real estate transactions in the area.
Tedd is passionate about introducing prospective clients to everything that Pedasi has to offer – starting with finding and acquiring the right property at the right price. A laid-back guy with a love for the outdoors and music, you’re as likely to find him crooning blues at the local watering holes as you are touring prestigious clients around the Azuero’s most desirable beachfront properties.
Jonathan first came to Panama in 2006 as a Peace Corps volunteer and served in both the Colón and Los Santos provinces. In 2009, he moved back to the U.S. to attend Fordham University in New York City, where he earned master’s degrees in International Political Economy and Development (IPED) and Economics. He then moved to Brazil on a Boren Fellowship to study Portuguese.
In 2014 he returned to Panama as the Program Director for the Azuero Earth Project in Pedasi. Shortly thereafter he transitioned into Panamanian real estate, both as an investor and as an advisor to others.
Jonathan is highly attuned to the rhythm of Panamanian life and the Pedasi real estate market. He speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Elvin Vega joins the Panama Sovereign Realty team as a licensed realtor and a true student of the industry. Originally from the province of Veraguas, Panama, he’s been a resident of Pedasi for 15 years and has been actively involved in the community, working for the most successful restaurant in the area before transitioning to a career in real estate.
As a dedicated professional, Elvin is passionate about helping people find their dream home in Pedasi and is committed to providing the highest level of service to ensure their complete satisfaction. Elvin is also interested in personal growth and self-improvement. He enjoys seeking out new opportunities for self-discovery and strives to be the best version of himself, both professionally and personally.
