The 3bed / 2bath homes feature open floor plans with spacious kitchens that lead directly to the dining room and living area. High vaulted ceilings and huge windows take advantage of the seasonal cross breezes that help to keep the homes cool without the constant need for air conditioners. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets are crafted locally from aromatic cedar and the windows are durable PVC.
