Tedd recently sold a property for me in Costa Pedasi, Panama. He is extremely professional and in tune with the market, responds to me right away, and follows up on everything to make sure things get done! I highly recommend him for for any real estate sales or purchases.

When I decided to sell one of my parcels of land in 2022 I didn’t know any Realtors so I asked some friends of mine in Pedasi and Venao who they recommended and consistently they said for me to call Sovereign Realty. I decided to list my property with Tedd and he found a buyer for my land and communicated with me every step of the way. Then I asked Tedd if he had any contractors he could recommend to build my home on our other piece of property nearby. Tedd sent me names and contact information for a couple of builders that he would recommend. I now have my dream home in Panama from one of the builders that Tedd had recommended to me. Three Month update….. Panama, Pedasi, and Panama Sovereign Realty continue to surprise and delight our family. Here is the story from yesterday… My neighbor got his ATV vehicle stuck in a river bed near the beach while doing some nature exploring. He called me to help. While driving out to help recover the vehicle I bumped into Jonathan Clay from PSR. I explained the situation in passing. Jonathan proceeded to hop in his 4×4 and help rescue and recover my neighbor. He didn’t ask or waiver. Jonathan literally jumped in the river to help. I am so impressed with Jonathan Clay, Panama Sovereign Realty and the citizens of Panama. Everyone came together to help a foreign person out. Nobody expected anything in return. Everyone was unhurt and safe the vehicles were recovered in a fast manner due to all the locals helping out. Other countries could learn a lot about service and caring for others.
